Manpower Resources
VIIS, LLC highly skilled professionals provide the experience, knowledge, and reliability that industries require in the workforce. Our list of manpower resources include Certified Process and Terminal Operators, Instrument Technicians, Electricians, Mechanical, Painters, Tank Cleaning, Environmental, Welders, Laborers, Administrative, QA/ QC Inspections, Mechanical Engineers, Procedure Writers, Planners/ Schedulers, Heavy Equipment Operators. All of our personnel have over 10 years of Refining experience and have extensive knowledge in the industry. We also provide manpower support and management for turnarounds, startup and commissioning projects, that can execute and complete all project activities safely and on time.
VALVE SERVICE, REPAIRS, AND TESTING
Virgin Island Industrial Services, LLC is fully equipped to repair and service all sizes of angle, ball, check, gate, globe, knife, plug, and control valves. We also service pressure valves from 150 lb to 4500 lb, repair and test all brands and sizes of low and high pressure safety valves. Valves are all tested to meet API 598 requirements and required to pass a 21 point inspection as part of our quality control series. In addition, VIIS has on site, in line boring and flange facing capabilities for valves and flanges that are too large to remove and replace.
Our technicians at VIIS come with a wealth of experience and expertise, and are highly trained and certified. We are able to service and repair almost every type and size of control valves and actuators. VIIS utilizes the Benchmark Control Valve Diagnostic Unit to perform in-line and in-depth diagnostics to determine the status of control valves.
Heavy Equipment
Virgin Islands Industrial Services, LLC has capabilities of providing all of your heavy equipment needs. We have readily available Dump, FlatBed, Bucket, and Water trucks, Boom and Scissor Lift, Forklifts, and Loader Backhoes. Whatever your heavy equipment needs are, Virgin Islands Industrial Services, LLC can supply with short notice. We have experienced and qualified operators for all our heavy equipment. In addition, we offer leasing and sales of commercial type Low Speed Vehicles (LSV), CLUB CAR, for your industrial needs. Our Utility 4X2, Utility 4X4, or Transport vehicles can carry up to 4 people and provide lower fuel, maintenance cost, and carbon emissions.
Transportation
We offer a wide range of workforce transportation services from management to coordination, private airport shuttles, and convenient transfers to and from the jobsite. Our transportation services consists of 15 passenger vans and 30 passenger buses,
with licensed and experienced drivers. With our services, we can accommodate all on island service needs for as little as 5 to as many as 2500 personnel to and from anywhere on the island.
